Request a quote for your coins
You can request a quote by:
1) Fill in the online form for the relevant currency
2) Send an email to sales@custom-company.nl or
3) Call +31(0)85 8200890
In order to send you a good and appropriate proposal, we need the following information:
– Contact details (name, company name, email and telephone)
– Do you already have a design, a sketch or an idea in terms of design? Let us know.
- Quantity
– Desired delivery time
We recommend that you always request a quote from:
- purchase from 5,000 pieces
- deviating dimensions / wishes
- urgent requests
Order your coins
You can order the coins in the following 2 ways:
Option 1: Order the coins online.
We will then contact you to discuss your requirements and to schedule production.
Option 2: Request a quote if you have special wishes or would like advice.
Our team will discuss your wishes with you and will send you a proposal. Do you agree? Then we can immediately schedule production.
Paying your order
With an online order you can choose from the following options:
- iDeal (most chosen)
- Paypal
- Afterwards (existing customers only in accordance with the conditions below)
Have you accepted a quote?
Then you will receive an invoice.
The payment terms are as follows:
• 100% prepayment for the first 2 orders
• 100% prepayment for export outside the Netherlands and Belgium
• 50% deposit for orders from € 2,000 excl. VAT
• Payment term is 5 days for down payments and 14 days for (final) invoices.
