In order to send you a good and appropriate proposal, we need the following information:

The payment terms are as follows:
• 100% prepayment for the first 2 orders
• 100% prepayment for export outside the Netherlands and Belgium
• 50% deposit for orders from € 2,000 excl. VAT
• Payment term is 5 days for down payments and 14 days for (final) invoices.

The production process typically takes 4-6 weeks. For urgent production feel free to contact us.

The coins are made in 4 steps.

Step 1: The Design
A beautiful design is the first step in the process. You can make this with our instructions or you can choose to have us make up the coins for you. Read more about : Coin design .
(Lead time: 1 week on average with revisions)

Step 2: Making a Mold / Mold
A die is a stamp with which the coins are struck from the metal. The detailing and quality of the coin is largely dependent on the quality and precision of the die. At SICQA we provide beautiful molds to strike the coins.
(Lead time: 1 - 1 1/2 weeks)

Step 3: First Sample
A first test sample is made prior to production. The photos of this copy or the actual copy will be sent for a final agreement.

Step 4: Production and Delivery
The last step is to produce and deliver the coins.
(Lead time: 2-3 weeks)

The entire turnaround time is 4-5 weeks.

The price of the mold is included in the coin prices.
With reorders you will receive a one-time discount, since the mold is already made.

The mold remains in our custody for 3 years.

You can choose to have the coins delivered in the following way:
- UPS Standard
– UPS | DHL Express with guaranteed turnaround time of 1-5 working days based on location.
– PostNL for PO box addresses (from 7.50) (Netherlands only)
– Courier for same day delivery (from €75)
- Pick up at our location in Etten-Leur, Netherlands.

We will send a tracking number after shipment to track the shipment.

Special requests
We are happy to think and work with you to unburden you with transport. This way the coins can be packaged and shipped as desired. We can also ship split or international shipments.

Yes, our design team can work with you to create the perfect coin. We can make the design for you, for € 95 per side.

Yes,the coin can be customized with names, initials, messages, or other personal details. The back side can be engraved with up to 3 lines, with a maximum of 40 characters including spaces.

The fee is €20 / $20 per engraving.

We use laser marking machines to engrave text onto the surface of the coin.

During the checkout process, you can select the option for engraving. After placing the order, you will receive an email to submit the text you’d like engraved. We are currently working on automating this process.
